Ideas Forward visited the Exhibition Recycling 2018, where interesting solutions for recycling were presented.
The exhibition had 5 sections. The area of transport, where technologies regarding the logistics of the waste presented. The area of collection, presenting new approaches in waste collection and packaging. The area of sorting different materials, presenting automated systems that handle MSW and also other types of waste. The area of processing, where integrated and customized solutions were present. Finally, it was the area of building waste, presenting techniques for asbestos removal, on the spot separation and handling of different materials, such as PVC, metal, cement etc. At the symposium that took place, an interesting discussion, regarding the future of recycling while heading to circular economy, triggered interesting question and ideas for the future.
